DressSnap™ Launch Giveaway

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised and run by DressSnap™ ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• Open to bridal boutiques and bridal-related businesses only (including dress retailers and designers).
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Entries must be submitted by genuine business accounts.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and exclude any entrant that does not meet these criteria.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must complete the following during the competition period:

• Like the giveaway post
• Comment "DressSnap"
• Tag 3 relevant accounts (preferably boutique owners or industry contacts)
• Share the post to their story and tag @DressSnap

Entries may be submitted via TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, and all valid entries across these platforms will be included.

4. Competition Period

• The giveaway begins upon publication of the post.
• Entries close at 23:59 UTC on Monday, April 6, 2026.
• Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize

• One (1) winning business will receive 12 months free access to their own DressSnap™ widget.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash or monetary value.
• No alternative prize will be offered.

6. Fair Use Policy

• The DressSnap™ subscription is provided under a fair use policy.
• Usage must be reasonable and consistent with standard boutique operations.
• The Promoter reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access if usage is deemed excessive, abusive, or outside intended use.

7. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries across all platforms.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming the winner.
• The Promoter's decision is final and binding.

8. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted via the platform used to enter.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
